The Employment Tribunal is able to hear many different types of claim. There are too many to individually list here, but the two most important in our view are:
- Claims arising from the transfer of an employer’s business to another employer (TUPE)
- Claims relating to deductions from wages (where your employer is not paying you what you are entitled to.)
Other types of claims in the Employment Tribunal include failures to provide particulars of employment, failure to permit flexible working or parental leave, and many other difficulties.
